    The strategy for the Nitesh Fisher Island project evolved from its name and its association with the Goan landscape. The word Island in Fisher Island was strategically leveraged, being relevant to both the project name as well as Goa's association with the Sea. The resultant creative strategic thought—own a peace of an island—was an interesting word play while being aspirational to an upwardly mobile audience. The brochure was recognized at the International Property Awards for Development Marketing 2011.
